That card apparently does not have any drivers for FreeBSD. Few N cards do, but that may change in the future. I don't think that card even works on FreeBSD 8.0, but you can try a snapshot of pfSense 2.0-BETA1 to see if it is detected any differently.

yeah, 2.0-beta1 isn't operating system, that is a big bug…..:D the card isn't worked, but see the system. i don't know what can i do... the fbsd 8 driver isn't good on 7.2?

FreeBSD drivers do not work like that.
They are a part of the Operating System source and cannot be moved across versions. Even so, I don't see that card on the list of supported chips for FreeBSD 8.0 so it probably wouldn't work anyhow.
If you want a wireless card that will work with pfSense 1.2.3, you need to find one from the list for FreeBSD 7.2
http://www.freebsd.org/releases/7.2R/hardware.html#WLAN
Of those, cards with supported Atheros chipsets or Ralink chipsets seem to work the best.

The AR9220 doesn't work at all with FreeBSD, the card won't initialize. I have a couple we were going to use on a project, but ended up going with a different card because the problem wasn't going to be easy to fix and the customer preferred to spend that money on something other than getting the driver fixed. You'll need to look at an alternate card, or if you're willing to spend about $3K USD to get the driver fixed for the ar9220 in FreeBSD, private message me and we can make that happen.
