One way audio from internal external is fine
-
Hi I have pfsense 1.2.3 installed with asterisk (pbxiaf) behind it on subnet 10.0.0.0/24, my sip phones are on subnet 10.10.10.0/24.
Audio is fine when involving remote extensions, but on the internal extensions the outside caller can not hear the audio from the sip phone behind pfsense.These are my settings:
NAT - Port Forward 5060-5080(udp) and 10000-20000(udp) wan –---> 10.0.0.x(pbxiaf ip)
NAT - Outbound interface (wan), source(10.0.0.x) ports all "any" and static port yesFirewall:Rules (wan interface) I have 5060-5080(udp) and 10000-20000(udp) pointing to 10.0.0.x
Should I have rules from my lan subnet (10.10.10.0/24) to my server subnet (10.0.0.x), and if so what would be the entries?
Thanks in advance.

I got this working by adding an extra line of localnet in sip_nat.conf
Mine now looks like this:
nat=yes
exnternip=xx.xx.xx.xx#(my static ip)#
localnet=10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0#(subnet of asterisk server)#
localnet=10.10.10.0/255.255.255.0#(subnet of lan where sip phones are)#
