<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Block HTTP Outbound - not working]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Guys, can you tell me why this is not working for me - I'm trying to block internal computers from using HTTP - but I can still browse the Internet.  What am I doing wrong?  I disabled the RULE, I enabled it and selected BLOCK or DENY - still the same effect.  Anything to do with SQUID running?</p>
<p dir="auto">UPDATE:  Well, this rule works when I remove packages SQUID and LightSquid<br />
