Here the failing:

Removing pacakge instructions…done.
Auxiliary files... done.
Package XML... done.
Configuration... done.
Saving updated package information... overwrite!
The Lightsquid package is not installed.

Installation aborted.Writing configuration... done.
Starting service.

All packages reinstalled.

After the update all packages were gone. I think, the update was calling the reinstallation long before any internet-connection was established. Next time i will look to get the logs.
