Could it be sorted by the type under a set of tabs or even just separated out by a gap on the page they are outlines on? Ex. All hosts aliases under a hosts area, networks under a networks area, etc.</p>

<p dir="auto">Tabs for each time or a filter would probably be overkill and overcomplicated though. Just adding a column for the type and the ability to sort them by that column would probably be the best bet.</p>
