<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Traffic shaping changes not taking affect?]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I'm playing with the traffic shaping.  In its most simple form.  I go thru the wizard on 1.2.3 and setup a penalty box on my IP behind the fw.  Limit it to 128K.  Go to speedtest.net and sure enough things work.  However, I then go in.  Alter the rules and test again.  No change… still 128K.  If I disable it all together it stops and I end up getting a good 8 to 9MG (full internet connection).  I've done everything I can think of but I get really odd results whenever I try to change anything?  Does the web configuration not exactly take affect properly?  Anything I can do in the console to test that things are working?</p>
