Working with AWUS036NH and RT3070 chipset
-
So, the 2.0 build seems to be working with the RT3070 chipset; however, I find it odd that the web config page for the interface shows only b/g standards. Is 802.11n also part of the driver build?
Also, I think the wireless status page is confusing and needs redesigning. It should have 'sort on' abilities, e.g., sort on signal strength, and better flag types for encryption modes. Some of the flags are awkward at best. I am in the midst of building Kismet on a full fledged BSD build. I would like to export it to PFsense, but my feeling is that there will not be enough libraries to support it. If the wireless status page could look like Kismet, that would be awesome.

FreeBSD driver that support 802.11n capable devices support them only in 802.11b/g modes. I believe "full" 802.11n support is expected in a future version on FreeBSD.

Much thanks. I just verified on the FreeBSD forum. That's too bad.
