Simple issue here…

I'm a bit new to pfSense, and I didn't learn yet how to forward/redirect ports on the same lan. I just need to redirect a port number to another on the same interface.

Ex:
Squid: 3128 to 5000 same IP
Random software: 4000 to 6000 on another server, same lan.

Can anyone please tell me how to do it? It's just a bit different from iptables ;D
