When installing pfSence to HD I keep getting an error on Excuting /user/local/sbin/cpdup -vv -I -o /sbin /mnt/sbin

      Exiting with status:1 / Failure.

I am sure my image is good ( checksum on DL and Verrified on CD write )

      Any ideas?

Memtest on the memory and fsck on the disk. If the checksum checked out on the ISO, and it was verified.
