Show 3ware raid status / SMART of harddisks

Check the boot log and see if it was actually detected. (cat /var/log/dmesg.boot) It may not be twa0, it's probably twe0.
$ apropos 3ware twa(4) - 3ware 9000/9500/9550/9650 series SATA RAID controllers driver twe(4) - 3ware 5000/6000/7000/8000 series PATA/SATA RAID adapter driver

found it in the dmesg.boot, but how can I see the raid status now? ???

The same commands you used before, just use twe not twa.
