Shaper Wizard seems not to work as intended

On 2.0-RC3 (amd64) built on Tue Sep 6 22:44:22 EDT 2011:
Using the shaper wizard (Dedicated Links, PRIQ) the wizard creates only LAN queues and then throws the following error:
