<![CDATA[SOLVED : email notofication and gmail smtp]]>This question is related to http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,31580.0/all.html

I have configured smtp.gmail.com using port 587 and TLS but everytime it tries to send an email I have this:

php: /system_advanced_notifications.php: Could not send the message to user.name@gmail.com -- Error: could not connect to the host "smtp.gmail.com": ??
