Do you have any other clients behind your pfSense box that are working correctly?
Is this a new pfSense install? (which version)

hi Steve,
My internet connection go through Pfsense Firewall is a software base (Linux) then from firewall connect to my switches.
-
Do you mean it's running virtualized on a Linux server?
I take it from the fact that you have switches that you have many other machines on your network. They are all connecting to the internet no problem?

hi,
Its not Virtualized but we have one system install the Pfsense firewall application and running with 2 network card one for my incoming internet connection (modem) and another one connection going to my switch.Other machines all running with Windows XP no problem. The new machine need to run under Win 7 pro and wired is internet browsing no issue only Update windows and Outlook email send/receive only got problem.

Ok.
Do you use complex firewall rules?
Are you using traffic shaping?
Are you running any packages?Steve

hi Steve,
I am actually new User for pfsense and i didn't receive any proper passdown. Can you guide me on how to check whether using complex firewall rules. i also not sure about the traffic shaping and packages.
-
Ah OK.
If you have just two interfaces, WAN and LAN, then you need to check the firewall rules on LAN. They are listed in the web GUI under Firewall: Rules: LAN. If you only have the default rules you should have just the 'Anti-Lockout rule' and the 'Default allow LAN to any rule'.
Please list any others you have. You can check any packages you have installed, also in the web GUI, under System: Packages: Installed Packages.
