Can PFsense host both VPN IPSec Tunnel and Captive Portal?

I have a couple of remote locations that use Cisco VPN hardware deivces to connect back to ASA 5510 boxes. The problem is now we need some open internet with the use of the Captive portal. I can make changes to setup a box just for this, but could the same box with 3 NIC's do both? Vlan1=VPN triaffic and VLan2=Guest internet. Sorry, new to the program buts seems like it can do alot!
