I got an prob when playing online games and someone uses the streaming websites ( youtube  ) or facebook games</p>
<p dir="auto">My network<br />
*Pc router P4 3.0 lga 775 1gig ddr2 2 gigabit lan 160gig sata hdd<br />
*Dlink 8port gigabit<br />
*5 computers linked<br />
*3.5mbs downstream 1.2 upstream static ip<br />
*no wifi</p>
<p dir="auto">My Online games<br />
*World of tanks ( regular ms 22-30 when youtube on 999ms)<br />
*Warcraft 3 frozen throne ( via Garena and something like that )</p>

I would do some tests while pinging and browsing youtube and possibly think about implementing some traffic shaping.</p>
