Therefore I've connected the stick via USB and used the following instructions for setup: http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Configuring_3G_modems<br />
Unfortunately, I don't get a connection. It always appears the following error message in the log file: "ppp: [opt2_link0] chat: The remote modem did not answer."<br />
My provider is T-Mobile Germany with the following settings:</p>
<p dir="auto">APN: internet.t-mobile<br />
User: t-mobile<br />
Password: tm<br />
Dial-number: *99#</p>
<p dir="auto">What could be the cause of this? Does this USB stick work with pfSense in general?</p>

Next problem is, that I don't get an ip-adress. What could be the reason for this?</p>
