Multi squidGaurd ACL

hi,

i have just setup an pfsense firewall and i have made few time based acl's on my server.like:
group ACL:
first half
lunch
second half

Time
first half : 06:00-13:00
lunch time : 13:01-14:00
second half : 14:01-20:00

my ACL is working but only first one.squidguard not changing acl according to the time.

can anyone help me out in this issue.
