a) is the build timestamp the time of when the build started, or when it ended?<br />
b) if it's the end-time, how long does a build generally take?<br />
c) are the time zones for the github time stamps and for the builds the same?</p>
<p dir="auto">Or put simply: how do I know that a certain commit is part of a particular build, unless I just wait an extra day or so?</p>

No, it's definitely not running.</p>
