I am seeing a massive spam in my firewall logs coming from this ip.

Port 67 UDP is DHCP right? But can anybody tell me if my ISP is doing this (since it's coming from the WAN side?) or I have a rogue DHCP server on my network somewhere?

I tried adding a allow rule for this specific ip, but it won't work cause I cannot set it to be above the "block RFC 1918 networks" rule (is this a bug?)

My WAN ip is in the 77.x range by the way (bridge mode to my ISP modem. So no internal or RFC IP)
