Default deny rule IPv4 (@2) what does this mean? Rule #2 in some part of the firewall? Or a rule called "Default deny rule"?

I don't have any rules called default deny rule.

My logs are being flooded with it from an internal server I'm trying to allow access.

Default deny means just that, everything is denied access unless you allow it in the rules. If your logs are flooded with it - it means you haven't setup NAT and/or firewall rules properly.

If you give some background on your topology and what exactly you want to do maybe I or some-one else can try to help :-)
