How can I block whatsapp, messenger, facebook and p2p with iptables

Hello,
I have a LAN with several access points connected to a switch, other workstations connected to another switch, this second swtich connectet to the first one, and a server also connected to the first switch.
The server is running Red Hat, with IP tables on, and squid off.
How can I block traffic as whatsapp, messenger, facebook, p2p, any chat, …. is for an educational environment.

Are you sure you are in right forum?

This is a pfsense/freebsd/pf forum, not a redhat/linux/iptables one.
