Limiter on WAN?
I have two seperate pfsense routers sharing the same WAN connection(100mbit). Is it possible to set up a WAN limit to for example 50mbit on each routers wan interface?
I have successfully applied a limiter on LAN in/out but, it just doesn't happend anything when I do the same on the WAN interface. Any suggestions? Should I make floating rule? The descriptions of direction and in/out is a bit confusing.
Or will the following be good enough?
- Floating rule on LAN interface with IN direction and Quick enabled. With limiter on in / out. The speed seems to be limited correctly when testing on speedtest.net. I'm not limiting other traffic than WAN with this rule?
