Proxy transparent tcp denied

im set my pfsense with topology :

ISP–--Mikrotik---Client
              ||
          Pfsense

but in the access.log : 360313504.036      0 192.168.100.245 TCP_DENIED/400 2146 GET NONE:// - NONE/- text/html

please help me to solving this case.

What squid version and how are you forwarding the traffic ?

Squid 2.7.9 pkg v.4.3.3,ya im forward traffic from mikrotik to pf sense. but if the client acces internet,invalid request.

help me please,..

Forward on microtic to pfsense as a gateway, and let squid transparent mode capture the traffic.
