350Kbit/3000 Kbit, does not work and pass up 7-8 mega upload. (I can not block them)
I find something to read somewhere, not knowing English well I did not find anything relevant.
Now I make it a rule like the one in the screenshot, but I do not know how to set it.
If you tell me how to set it as well. I think they are on the right track, but it still works well.
Thank you.

This works, but you also have to make sure that your traffic shaper is setup so the traffic in question goes into the correct queue. I once had the above set up, but my VOIP rule was passing everything (including p2p) into VOIP queue.

mmh, first 2 pics are to small to see enough but if I'm right the column "queue" is still "none" and has therefore no limiter defined?
=> edit rule => Advanced features => Ackqueue/Queue … there are 2 dropdown boxes for in/out limiter rules.

best would be that you explain your setup shortly.
My Co-Admin setup traffic shaping and I take only a look onto it yet.
There are rules for outgoing and for incoming traffic seperately created and used.
You can handle the traffic on basis of source-ip, destination-ip, source-lan, destination-lan and other things which can be the problem of your source if he for instant do bittorrent / upload to an filehoster with several IPs/CDN like setup…
