To get the modem to work on 3G, I need to remove it from pfsense, and load it on a Windows box with the Pantech firmware utility to switch the mode back to 3G, now it will no longer work on 4G - this is terrible.

I know Cradlepoint can auto switch on a number of modems, has anyone tested a modem that can do this on Pfsense?
