<![CDATA[Likely to see performance increase?]]>Once its up and running I will be using pfSense as a fw/router on a 20Mb WAN connection, I just wanted peoples opinions on whether well see any performance increase over your usual £50 branded router?

pfSense box specs:

1.6ghz Core Duo
1gb Ram

Sorry if its a bit general, not looking for any guarantees just opinions..

I havent tested it really but it does seem fast, am also getting a solid 5ms latency when playing CSS too! Cant complain at that :)
