<![CDATA[Firmware update from 1.2 beta 1 to 1.2 RC 2 Fails on Soekris box]]>I went to the 'updates' section of the download area, downloaded the pfSense-Full-And-Embedded-Update-1.2-RC2.tgz
md5summed the downloaded file.

Then I went to the web gui, system, firmware, and choose 'enable firmware update'

Then I choose the file I downloaded, and 'update'.  The box loses the connection, firewall stays up, but I can't get the gui back until I reboot.

I could just 'flash' the transcend card via the full .img and then re-update, but I was hoping to avoid this.  Any ideas?  The gui remains unresponsive until a hard reset.

The transcend card is a 1gb card.  Old system was 1.2 beta 1 via .img dded directly to the transcend card.
