Fresh install of Aquid and Lightsquid

HI,
I have installed squid and lightsquid so that I can get internet usage reports and have a couple of issues that are bugging me.
1. If I enable transparent proxy I can get to www.google.com but if i try and click a link I get an error:

While trying to process the request:

2. If I go to Proxy report and then click Lightsquid report i get:
LigthSquid diagnostic.
Error : report folder '/var/lightsquid/report' not contain any valid data! Please run lightparser.pl (and check 'report' folder content)
Please check config file !

folder content:which seems to be a known issue but there does not seem to be any posts describing how to fix (I have reinstalled the package before and after refreshing)
3. Proxy state throws up this error:
Squid RealTime stat 1.20 for the proxy server (unknown) (192.168.1.5:3128).
Auto refresh: sec. Created at: 06:27:26 02/08/2013
SqStat error
Error (1): Cannot get data. Server answered: HTTP/1.0 403 ForbiddenI believe that 2 and 3 are likely to be linked but don't know how to fix?
4. I was also getting the following error in the cache.log:
2013/08/02 05:44:39| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 13 to *:4827: (48) Address already in use
FATAL: Cannot open HTCP Socket
Squid Cache (Version 2.7.STABLE9): Terminated abnormally.Though this does not appear to have resurfaced after reinstalling lightsquid.
Any help would be greatly apprreciated.
