<p dir="auto">I am configuring traffic shapping limiter for a LAN. I want to know the unit of the burst. i know that burst is a total amount of data that will be transferred at full speed after an idle period, but where i set the idle period or which is the burst unit.<br />
E.g how set a limiter of 256 kb/s after 4MB burst.</p>

So if you set the speed as 256Kbit/s, then put burst as 4096Kbit.</p>
