Cannot open ports

Hello,
I have followed all the instructions to open up ports on the PFsense 2 version. Seems simple enough but, I have yet to have any success. Would anyone care to take a look at my configurations to see if they can find my error?? Let me know what details you need and  Iwill be happy to submit them… Trying to open port 8080 and 443
