If you want help you should be more specific…
Can't send and receive mail with what, client's and/or server? If server what's the server's IP&Subnet...
cause the setup you show has all the port's for (S)SMTP and POP3/IMAP open, but not to all destination IP's!!!

sorry for that
Can't send and receive mail with what, client's and/or server? If server what's the server's IP&Subnet...
our email server ip add is 198.72.112.171 and it is located in our main office in India.
cause the setup you show has all the port's for (S)SMTP and POP3/IMAP open, but not to all destination IP's!!!
what is the destination IP? is this for our network here? e.g (192.168.0.1 sub 255.255.255.0)
thank you sir -
Seems your network is quite specific and your experience relativly limited…
I'ld suggest you disable all currently active rule's and enable the "Default LAN -> any" rule. Verify everything is working and from there on rebuild the rule's to your need's!
This might help you while getting used to pfSense:
https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Main_PageBTW: learn to use the "quote" button when quoting in your post...

Excellent idea!!
Seems there is a bit of mess there, curious how rfc1918 network are outside the wan? What is the lan network? And then an disabled rule shows that 10.10.40.25 as source so 10.something is lan? With a source port of 80?
Then source and dest 25 port to wan address? Then rules below that allow all?
Clearly whoever was creating these rules didn't have clue one ;)
