I wasn't sure on which section to put this here so I thought general was my best bet, please move it or tell me if it's in the wrong section.

I currently have one pfSense machine running one line and one subnet (192.168.20.x) with no issues what so ever. I would like to add in another pfsense box that contains 5 separate subnets (192.168.25-30.x).
I have tried setting up the second pfSense box with the WAN setup as a static 192.168.20.10, and the LANs given their appropriate addresses.
I have disabled all packet filtering on the second pfSense box and I'm not sure what else I need to do from here.
I have also tried setting up a DHCP relay on the second box to my DHCP server on 192.168.20.6 (on the first subnet) and this doesn't seem to work.
Does anybody have any ideas or tips that could be useful?

Thanks,
Jethro

Do you want the second box to act purely as a router?
Why not put all 6 signers on the first box?

We need more info to usefully advise you otherwise we're just speculating. :)
