<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[PfSense 2.1 - 200+ VLANS and slow booting]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I recently deployed version 2.1 for the first time at a location where I have 200+ VLANS. In the past, I have used version 2.0.3 without issue in a similar configuration. Upon reboot, pfSense was taking an unusually long time to boot so I connected a monitor and found it was taking about 20 seconds per interface with - "Configuring OPTXXX." At this rate, it would have taken well over an hour to boot. Puzzled, I loaded pfSense version 2.0.3 and set up the same configuration. Version 2.0.3 boots in about a minute with the same amount of interfaces. Any thoughts?</p>
