L2TP LAN to Wan impossible

Hello

I'm behind a router -> Pfsense -> Win8
Pfsense ip is DMZ on the router.

If Win 8 is connected to the routeur the L2TP/IPSEC VN connection works !

If Win 8 is connected to the LAN (so behind PFsense)  it's impossible to connect.

I think … I need some help  ???

Ipsec cannot NAT unless your server and the firewall are aware this is happening. What is the server ?
