WAN LINK

Hi gurus,
After i update my pFsense to version 2.10 i begun had this issue on WAN interface ( static IP on /29 network).
If i lost the link, reboot or remove the cable from wan interface, my wan interface not works even not ping my gateway and after 30 minutes everything works.
I put some logs about this issue:
