When I try to update either of them, I get the following:

Auto-Update: every time, I get an Image File corrupted response. Happens on Mac under Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, and under Firefox and IE when I try to invoke this on a PC.

Manual Update/Upgrade: I start the process with the downloaded file, and my browser window progress bar goes about halfway and stops there: nothing else seems to happen. Have left the system untouched for 3 hours, no result.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help!
