Installed from pfSense-memstick-2.2-ALPHA-i386-20140404-0651.img to hdd choosing the standard (non embedded) kernel.
built on Fri Apr 4 06:51:09 CDT 2014

There appears to be no if_cdce.ko file needed by many new 3g dongles.
      Not in /boot/modules
      Modified:- Not in /boot/kernel
      and doesn't show in
      kldstat -v | grep cdc

      Could be related to:-
Topic: wireless gone after upgrade to 35d2d8e
      https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=74571.0
      and:-
      Topic: Wireless driver/firmware problems
      https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=74293.0
which both look like missing drivers.

      Thanks.

      Modified:-
      Also related I believe to:-
      Topic: usb to ethernet AX88772
as they also seem to be missing modules to create ue0

Thanks but have tried all snapshots up to:-
          pfSense-memstick-2.2-ALPHA-i386-20140408-2014.img

Sorry still not seeing if_cdce.ko in
          /boot/modules or /boot/kernel
or in kldstat -v | grep cdc

Also not seeing if_axe.ko suspected as missing:-
          Topic: usb to ethernet AX88772
as they also seem to be missing modules to create ue0
          https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=74665.0

Have confirmed copying if_cdce.ko and if_cdce.ko.symbols (not sure if needed) over from FreeBSD10 sorts issue of ue0 in my case.
          Thanks.
