FreeBSD 10.0-STABLEThe bootstrap has got a new pfSense menu prior to the initial FreeBSD load:

I tried pressing stuff like "2" "S" "6" "O", but no joy so far in getting anything other than the default boot when I finally give in and press Enter. I guess the code underneath is coming...[/s]

It worked when I used it recently, at least to get to the loader prompt and I think once for Single User Mode.
We usually hide that on NanoBSD but the format/variables to control that boot menu changed for 10.x (or maybe it was even for 9.x)
