FreeBSD 8.3-RELEASE-p11Hi All@forum,
I have a setup done with package Email report, but reports are not sent…
SMTP is working OK, I receive a TEST_Message if I use the Test function under SMTP setup.
Which logfile I could watch out to find any errors/i/issues ?
The popup menu to setup the DAY_OF_THE_WEEK always come back to Sunday, even if I chose blank => bug ???
Thanks a lot for your help.

The system log might have some output, if anything.

Any clues in some files I could look for ?

same Problem, same error here
Pfsense: 2.1.2-RELEASE (i386)

Apologies fro resurrecting this topic.
I too am having this issue with 2.1.4-RELEASE (i386)
Same errors are noted sallain.
Other emails are being sent successfully from pfsesnse.
I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. previous report settings are retained and still no email.
Did anyone get a resolution on this?
Cheers

Hi All,
Email reports are working if email settings are setup with ONLY one email addresse in the filed "Notification E-Mail address" (Advanced/Notifications).
Try also this to send us your feddback please ;)

Ahah :) Bingo Bango…....yep I had 2 email recipients setup. Reduced to 1 and it sends the email.
Shame it cannot send to more than 1 recipient.
Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
Cheers

Have a look here : https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/2026
I tried to fix as described, but it failed for me.
May be a good idea will be to have Email reports as a pfSense factory feature instead of a separate package ;)

I think that patch was just for pfsense in general. Multiple recipients will work with other notifications. Although I'm no programmer I think this is more of a issue with the actual mail report package?
