i said that bcuz facebook app  stop work and browser android said everytime about certified

I have run into that problem with a few of my customers. Are you seeing invalid certificates? What exactly does it say? I don't have that much time right now so if it is what i think it is then check your date and time to make sure it doesn't say something like 1977. To me that is most likely it. With the majority of websites and that's a really huge amount. If the year and month is off you might still connect somehow but it will probably take five minutes per click or no response at all.
