Hidemyass OpenVPN with pfsense
-
Hi guys,
I'm a new user, I configured my pfsense 2.1.3 yesterday with an OpenVPN (Hidemyass VPN) and it looks like my LAN traffic is not working when OpenVPN is setup … I have used this tutorial (https://support.hidemyass.com/entries/25192217-pfSense-configuration-for-routing-all-traffic-via-VPN)
On the pfsense firewall, traceroute is working and the traffic is going thru the VPN, but, on the LAN side, nothing is going thru... I tried a lot and i'm kinda lost now ... I think it's something in the firewall rules but ... I'm not sure...
Should I setup the rules and NAT using this tutorial? (https://doc.pfsense.org/Create-OpenVPN-client-to-TUVPNcom.pdf) It looks more complete... I'm not sure about only changing the default gateway of the LAN rules is good...
Anyway, I think I need some help on this one ... Thanks!

Have you done this correctly:
-
Click Firewall - Rules and select the LAN tab
-
Click the e icon to edit your Default Allow LAN to Any rule.
-
Click the Gateway - Advanced button and choose the interface you just created (e.g. HMA)
-
Click Save

Hi, yes… And when I do this ... Everything connected to the LAN stop going thru... If I put back the original gateway (WAN interface) the internet is back to normal ...

Please can you share what's wrong in this guide?
It doesn't work for me :( -
You may also want to note that HMA doesn't really HYourA. ;)
