Log entries that I do not understand

I am getting these log entries and I haven't been able to figure it out.
I am running 2.03 as captive portal. Pentium 4 pc with 2gb ram. No other packages running:
I get a lot of these logs
lighttpd[14179]: (request.c.1145) POST-request, but content-length missing -> 411
and a lot these logs
lighttpd[14179]: (request.c.1133) GET/HEAD with content-length -> 400
and few of these
lighttpd[14179]: (mod_fastcgi.c.2676) FastCGI-stderr: ALERT - configured COOKIE variable limit exceeded - dropped variable 'CISI_4710' (attacker '192.168.1.168', file '/usr/local/captiveportal/index.php')
I've searched but haven't found a meaningful explanation. Please help?
