PIA VPN doesn't handle port forwarding very well, but I'm OK with excluding all WAN->VPN activity on my media server (192.168.1.8) for sake of WAN access to myPlex.

I created an "All LAN to PIA VPN" rule to direct/allow traffic that way, but the superseding rule !192.168.1.8 to that interface is NOT working.  I found a couple threads on this topic explaining this was the way to do it?

P.S. In one of the setup guides for OpenVPN Client, it mentioned setting up the identical LAN rule for traffic to also apply to the WAN interface.  Is this still needed?
