How do i get a clean ipsec default config?

ipsec itself seems still not to work. Whats the status on the actual builds? What i read here it seems its broken … is it?

Did somebody test it already running on a virt ip (carp). Cant get it working, always "no matching ike found. Mobile ipsec not working too, here pfsense doesnt react to incoming connections.
