Ftp Proxy on PFSense

Hello all!
My provider asks for the use of a proxy, in order for the pfsense box to access the internet for the updates etc. For example the http proxy is 10.0.0.0:8080
In order to access an ftp repository (ftp-archive.freebsd.org) my provider says that i have to access it throygh the same proxy but in a different port, so i have to use an ftp proxy, 10.0.0.0:2121
How can i tell my pfsense box to use this proxy for ftp???
I am trying to connect to the ftp above in order to installa a freebsd package(e.g. p5-GD.tbz)
