Yep, not currently signed. You can allow unsigned packages but it's currently somewhat broken. See:

Yes, I have worked and made fixes to this package in past. I just can't install now to work on it. I do not know how to get past the signature .. I mean I not know of way to install pbi without using web page .. use command prompt is possible?

There's a check box in the webgui, I think it's in System: Advanced: Miscellaneous:

Thank you, you are correct.. it is at the bottom of Misc tab in advanced settings. Now I wonder if I have skills to get this working hehe

Hope you do! Would be nice to have a working lcdproc-dev. If you read the thread Steve pointed you to, the issue seems to be that LCDd in the lcdproc-dev pbi some way messes up the path to LCDd.cong when it is pointed to /usr/local/etc
