      Howdy,

I have IPV6 turned off but in my firewall logs I am seeing two IPV6 addresses being blocked on my lan. Has anybody else seen this and how is this possible, where could this be coming from?

      Thanks!

UPDATE: By process of elimination, turned off one device at a time and finally found the culprits…..my printer and my wife's laptop. Turned of IPV6 on both and now logs are clear of IPV6 entries.

Glad you found the culprit. "Turning off" IPv6 there only adds rules that completely block all v6 traffic in and out of pfSense itself. It doesn't, and can't, control anything on your devices outside of the firewall.
