Using 2 WAN (WAN1 = FPT, WAN2 = VIETTEL)

There are 2 IP address (210.211.119.12, 210.211.119.13) external internet I want it priority over WAN1 (FPT) before.

Sometimes 2 IP address (210.211.119.12, 210.211.119.13) via WAN2 (VIETTEL)

Please just help
