1.1. Host  = an IP + a port? For this rule socket <strong>123.45.67.89:10</strong> will be the same host as socket <strong>123.45.67.89:20</strong>?</p>
<p dir="auto">1.2. Here <em>host</em> means a host in my LAN or on the other side (WAN)?</p>
<p dir="auto">"Maximum new connections per host / per second(s) (TCP only)".<br />
2. Here connections means exactly ESTABLISHED or any state?</p>
