I think you might have hit a broken snapshot. Try again with one from today.

I also got this "user unbound does not exist" on a 6 March snapshot as reported here:
https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=89925.0I will try a later snapshot tomorrow. But this was a new snapshot build after those that had the small size.
